Director Rajesh has successfully completed his fourth
romantic comedy All in All Azhagu Raja which is scheduled for release in 2 days
on Diwali. Meanwhile, buzz on the director's next project is on a rise in the
Kollywood circle.<o:p></o:p></div>

A few unconfirmed sources have mentioned that Rajesh would
sign Vijay Sethupathi for his fifth film. Another interesting news is that
Vadivelu might also be onboard replacing the director's favourite comedian
Santhanam.</div>

Sources say Vijay Sethupathi is very much interested to be a
part of the project and he want to make sure that his dates allotted for
Sangudevan can be used for the Rajesh’s project. Official information in this

The film deals with illegal acquisition of ‘Purampokku’
lands by people with power. The film is produced by UTV Motion Pictures.<o:p></o:p></div>

But why such a demeaning title? The director clarifies,
going back to actual meaning behind the coinage.<o:p></o:p></div>

"The word Purampokku was actually coined to refer to
that which does not belong to any particular entity, but is helpful to all in
common. This is why the common land, which does not belong to anyone is called
Purampokku land. This is used up by the government for developmental activities
for the public. In this film, Arya and Vijay Sethupathi are common men, who
help everyone at large" says the director, suggesting a new meaning to the
word henceforth, overriding its usage so far.</div>
