GK Media has acquired the USA theatrical rights of
‘Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumar’, the most anticipated COMEDY film in Vijay
Sethupathi’s carrier after “Soodhu Kavvum”.
Director Gokul’s next film is titled as ‘Idharkuthane
Aasaipattai Balakumar’ with Vijay Sethupathi in the lead and Madhan Karky is
penning the dialogues. Now the latest is that Vijay Sethupathi is acting in a
character called “Sumar Munji Kumar”.
The film also has Subramaniapuram Swathi and Attakathi
“Nanditha” as female leads. Pasupathy, Robo Shankar and Soori are playing a
pivotal role.Mahesh Muthusamy is cranking the camera while Siddarth Vipin is the
music director; the film will be produced by Leo Vision of NKPK (Naduvula
Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom) fame. The movie is tentatively slated for September
20th release.
